Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows Me or Windows 98 SE
- Windows Media® Player 9
- Available USB port (version 1.1 or higher)
- Creative Zen Micro, Zen Sleek, Zen Touch or Zen Xtra with PlaysForSure firmware version 2.xx.xx
Notes:
- To check your player's firmware version number:
- Scroll Select System.
- Scroll Select Information.
The firmware version number is displayed.
- Subscription services and playlist downloads are not supported
- You can only use Windows Media Player 9 to transfer audio files.
- To install this driver, do the following:

- Download the file into your local hard disk.
- Double-click the driver file and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Connect the player to your computer.
