This download contains an updated firmware for Sound Blaster® EVO Wireless and is for Mac® OS X® only. For more details, read the rest of this web release note.

• Support USB audio on PlayStation®4 (new release in Sep 2014)

Requirements:

• Apple® Mac OS X 10.6.8 and above
• Sound Blaster EVO Wireless
• USB port

Notes:

• To install the firmware, do the following:
  1. Download the file onto your local hard disk.
  2. Ensure that your SB EVO Wireless is connected to your computer.
  3. Double-click the downloaded file.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. After the installation of the firmware is completed, unplug and plug in your device again.
• WARNING: Please ensure your device is connected during installation. Do not unplug your device until full installation completes. The installation will take a while. Do not restart your Mac during the firmware upgrade. Do not use a USB hub for the installation.
