  1. Ensure that the jack connections are fully connected.


  2. The 3.5mm jack of the headphones may be a 4-pole jack connecting to a 3-pole port. Some ports do not work properly with a different type of jack.


  3. The 3.5mm jack of the headphones may be a 3-pole jack connecting to a 4-pole port. Some ports do not work properly with a different type of jack.


  4. Connect the headphones jack to another audio device to determine if the same issue occurs.


  5. Use another pair of earphones or headphones with your device or source.
