MP3 players which operate solely as a removable drive do not posess the ability to playback subscription based content. These players include: ZEN X-Fi Style, ZEN Style 100/300 series, ZEN X-Fi2, ZEN Mozaic EZ Series - (EZ300, EZ200, and EZ100), ZEN MX, MuVo series, ZEN Nano, ZEN Nano Plus, ZEN Stone and the ZEN Stone Plus.

Note: If your MP3 player takes a long time (30 seconds or longer) to start playing back subscription contents, transferring music store or subscription content to MTP devices may dramatically slow down or fail, or if it displays error "Unable to get device certificates", download and install the following latest Windows Media updates on DRM and license management.
