• Improves the performance of channel scanning for FM Radio.
• Improves battery charging when Creative Media Lite is used.
• Improves the readability of the "No Recording" message in Portuguese.
• Adds the option to enable or disable the player's date and time.

Fixes:

• Displays the player battery level status correctly in Creative Media Lite.
• Ensures smooth playback when a large number of tracks (more than 800) is played continuously.
• Ensures that the Idle Shutdown settings do not turn off the player when the FM Radio is in use.

• Adds FM recording (for players with firmware 1.23.03).

Fixes:

• Enables your player to detect downloaded audio tracks after your player is formatted using FAT32 (Windows Vista RC1 and above).

Requirements:

• Windows Vista, Windows® XP, Windows 2000, Windows Millennium Edition or Windows 98 Second Edition (SE)
• Available USB port (version 1.1 or higher)
• Creative MuVo TX FM
• For Windows 98 SE only: Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250 or later, available from the Internet

Notes:

• This firmware only works with Creative MuVo TX FM players. Do not install this firmware for other players.
• You will lose all content in your player when you install the firmware. Back up any audio or data files in your player to your computer before installing the firmware.
• To install this firmware:
  1. Download the MuVoTXFM_PCFW_1_24_02_a.exe file into your local hard disk.
  2. Make sure your player is connected to your computer.
  3. Double-click the downloaded file.
  4. If you are prompted to reset your player, click OK.
  5. If the Find New Hardware dialog box appears on the computer screen, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the wizard.
  6. When the firmware download dialog box appears, click Start and follow the instructions on the screen.
