  1. Download the MuVoT200_PCApp_CLI_L4_1_52_01.exe file into your local hard disk.
  2. Close all application windows that are currently running.
  3. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.

  1. Download the ZENStoneSpeaker_PCFW_US_1_04_02.exe file into your local hard disk.
  2. Close all application windows that are currently running on your computer.
  3. Connect your player to your computer.
  4. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the screen.

Fixes:

• Resolves audio related issues when the USB headset is operated on Windows Vista® and Windows XP.

• Disconnect your USB headset from your PC/Notebook before running this firmware update application. 

Update for Windows Vista:

• To install this firmware

  3. Click the Install button to proceed with updating the device driver.
  4. Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button on your headset's inline volume control.
  5. With the Volume Up (+) button still being pressed, connect the headset's USB plug to your PC/Notebook's USB port.
  6. Release the Volume Up (+) button.
  7. Click the Update button on the firmware update application.
  8. Monitor the update status on the screen. Do NOT disconnect the USB connection while updating is in progress.
  9. The application will display Firmware update completed upon a successful update.
  10. Click the Exit button to end.
  11. Restart system.

Update for Windows XP:

• To install this firmware
  1. Download the file onto your local hard disk.
  2. Double-click the downloaded file.
  3. Click the Continue Anyway button when a Hardware Installation notification for Universal Serial Bus controllers appears. Installing this firmware update will not impair or destabilize your system. 
  4. Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button on your headset's inline volume control.
  5. With the Volume Up (+) button still being pressed, connect the headset's USB plug to your PC/Notebook's USB port.
  6. Release the Volume Up (+) button.
  7. You may encounter a Found New Hardware notification. If so, select Yes, this time only and click the Next button to continue.
  8. Select Install the software automatically (Recommended) and click the Next button when Windows installs the drivers for USB Device with DFU Capabilities.
  9. Click the Continue Anyway button when a Hardware Installation notification for USB Device with DFU Capabilities appears. Installing this firmware update will not impair or destabilize your system. 
  10. Click the Finish button to complete installing USB Device with DFU Capabilities.
  11. Click the Update button on the firmware update application.
  12. Monitor the update status on the screen. Do NOT disconnect the USB connection while updating is in progress.
  13. The application will display Firmware update completed upon a successful update.
  14. Click the Exit button to end.
  15. Restart system.
