This is the latest driver release for Creative WebCam Live! Pro.

Fixes:

• Resolves an automatic shutdown issue that occurs in selected imaging and photo applications
• Resolves the video freezing issue that occurs when playing another video concurrently for 15 minutes in Microsoft® Windows® Millennium Edition (ME) or Windows 98 Second Edition (SE)

PlaysForSure devices enable you to:

• Use subscription-based online music services
• Enjoy seamless support with any computer running Microsoft® Windows Media® Player 10 and Windows® XP - no drivers or software needed
• Use the drag-and-drop method to transfer songs or files to your player through Windows Explorer
• Use Auto Sync in Windows Media Player 10 to synchronize your player with your music library and playlists

IMPORTANT:

• This firmware update is only for Creative Zen Sleek players that are used with Windows XP Service Pack 1 or 2 (SP1 or SP2) and Windows Media Player 10.
• Be sure to back up all the audio and data files on your Zen Sleek before installing this firmware update as all content will be lost when you install the new firmware. After installing the PlaysForSure firmware, use Windows Media Player 10 to restore audio and/or data files to your player.
• Software updates are required if you want to use any currently installed applications like Creative MediaSource™, Zen Media Explorer, or other track management tools with your player after installing this firmware.
• Installation of this firmware may take up to five minutes, and your device may restart a number of times during installation.
• Do not disconnect the USB cable from your player or computer during installation.
• Be sure to fully charge your player before updating the firmware.

• Supports the playback of Audible tracks. Important: To transfer Audible content, you must have the latest version of AudibleManager® installed.

1. Download the ZenSleekP4S_PCFW_LB_2_01_03.exe file into your local hard disk.
2. Connect your player to your computer.
3. Double-click the firmware update file and follow the instructions on the screen.
• While updating your player's firmware, you may be informed that an application is preventing the firmware update. Should this occur,
1. Start Creative MediaSource.
2. On the menu bar, click Tools -> Settings.
3. Click the Detector tab.
4. Click the Enable Detector checkbox to uncheck it.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Try updating the firmware again.

This package is for Creative Zen™ Sleek players with PlaysForSure® firmware (version 2.01.03 or 2.01.03e and above) installed.

Zen Sleek Media Explorer makes it easy to manage music tracks and data files in your player.

Sync Manager (version 5.10.07)
Sync Manager synchronizes music tracks in your computer with your player. It also updates your player with Calendar, Tasks and Contacts information from Microsoft® Outlook® or Microsoft Outlook Express.

Import Wizard (version 1.60.13)
Transfer music tracks to your player in an instant with Import Wizard. You can transfer individual tracks or entire folders from your computer, and use the intelligent Advanced Tagging function to fill in track information.

CD Ripping Wizard (version 1.60.10)
Use CD Ripping Wizard to quickly rip music tracks from your audio CDs and transfer them to your Zen Sleek.

Creative MediaSource Plugin for PlaysForSure devices (version 1.30.06)
The plugin enables you to organize, transfer and manage music tracks in your player, using Creative MediaSource™ Organizer.

• Creative Zen Sleek with PlaysForSure firmware (version 2.01.03 or 2.01.03e and above) installed
• Creative MediaSource version 3.10.09 or above. To check your version of Creative MediaSource, see ‘Notes' below.

Notes

• To check your player's firmware version number:
1. Press and hold the Power button to turn on your player (if necessary).
2. Select System -> Information in the main menu.
   The firmware version number is displayed under the Version heading.
• To check your Creative MediaSource version number:
1. Launch Creative MediaSource.
2. Click Help on the menu bar.
3. Select the About Creative MediaSource option.
   The version number is displayed in the dialog box that appears.

Fixes:

• Improves the video display after you stop and then restart the video capture.
• Improves the image quality of webcams connected to USB 1.1 ports.
• Improves the video capturing speed.
• Enables you, within Microsoft® Netmeeting™, to resize large images captured from your webcam.

The following fixes are applicable when you use your webcam with Creative WebCam Center.

• Improves image stability when Face Tracking is enabled.
• Restores the last Incandescent and Outdoor settings when your webcam turns on.
• Restores the video in the Preview window after your webcam restarts from Suspend mode, while your webcam is connected to an external USB hub.
