WaveStudio

WaveStudio manages and performs all your sound editing tasks easily. With WaveStudio you can:

Creative Music Server

The Creative Music Server app helps you manage your music collection stored in your computer. It gives you the flexibility of enjoying music in various parts of your home by enabling selected audio playback devices to broadcast simultaneously different songs. All playback devices, such as speakers, headphones and S/PDIF must be connected, wired or wireless, to your computer.

Creative Music Server lets you organise your music collection easily and performs many other functions, such as:

• Manages your music library and playlists
• Supports crossfading and beatmatching for gapless playback
• Imports playlists from iTunes and Windows Media Player
• Plays audio files from your local disk storage, iTunes library and Windows Media library
• Controls your music play modes, such as Normal, Repeat All, Repeat Track and Shuffle modes
• Customizes how your music is displayed, such as Genre, Artist, and Album

• To install the firmware, do the following:

5. After the installation of the firmware has completed, unplug and plug in your device to the USB port.
   WARNING: Please ensure your device is connected during installation. Do not unplug your device until full installation completes. The installation will take a while. Do not restart your computer during the firmware upgrade.

Fixes:

• Enables the DirectSound3D game audio to be processed by your Sound Blaster audio device to deliver EAX effects, 3D audio spatialization, sample rate conversion and hardware audio mixing. Without this, most DirectSound3D games will be reduced to stereo output without any EAX effects.
• Improves 3D audio processing for host-based Sound Blaster audio devices.

Added Features and Enhancements:

• Reduces microphone gain by 6dB for clearer voice pickup.

Fixes:

• Resolves the loading issues with the USB transmitter.

Requirements:

• Apple® Macintosh® OS X 10.5 or higher

Notes:

• This download upgrades the firmware of your USB transmitter.
• If this is the first time you are connecting the USB transmitter to your computer, install the driver first before proceeding.
• If you are using a notebook computer, it is recommended to power it by the mains, and not by the battery.
• It is recommended that you connect the USB transmitter directly to your computer. Do not connect it to a USB hub.
• To install this firmware
  1. Download the SBWH_WL_MAC_FW_US_1_01A.dmg.zipnbsp;file onto your local hard disk.
  2. Close all applications that are currently running.
  3. Connect the USB transmitter to your computer. 
  4. Double-click the downloaded file.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
     WARNING: Do not disconnect the USB transmitter while the firmware is being upgraded.
• After installing this firmware, you will need to pair your headset and USB transmitter again.
